Food in Singapore is serious business.
And, Ikea Singapore has stopped the sale of chicken wings at its in-store cafes, after receiving complaints from diners about how the quality has gone from bad to worse over the years.
The furniture company said in a statement:
“We are aware that our chicken wings have not been meeting our customers’ satisfaction recently, so we have decided to stop selling them temporarily from 23 May so we can improve on it. Together with our supplier, we are committed to providing quality food products for everyone. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your continued support. We hope you’re looking forward to the relaunch as much as we are.”
