He went to Nanyang Polytechnic to do his work because parking there was free.
But IT consultant and pervert Kwan Jia Hong wanted more than that – he also wanted the cheap thrill of watching men pee at the urinal.
On 14 July last year, the 34-year-old parked at the school campus and proceeded to do his work on the compound for about 3 hours before he decided he wanted to film men urinating.
Kwan followed his victims to the urinal and stood at the urinal beside them, then held his handphone with one hand and filmed them peeing.
He would then leave the toilet and repeat the whole process when another man entered.
One of the victims was an 18-year-old student of the poly.
He found Kwan’s behaviour fishy and kept a watch on on him.
Between 2.10pm and 3.35pm, Kwan managed to record videos of about 10 men using the toilet in the polytechnic.
The 18-year-old student then confronted Kwan and demanded to check the contents of his handphone.
When Kwan refused, he called the police.
Kwan was today jailed for 6 weeks after pleading guilty to 2 counts of making obscene videos and 1 count of possession of obscene films.
