Preparing for a real hair-dryer treatment.

At times, satirical, and most of the time, sordid.

But this time round, self-coined ‘troll’ of the internet, SMRT Ltd, has put on its detective hat and taken the Sim Lim Square man who supposedly scammed Vietnam tourist Pham Van Thaoai to task.

In a huge online hate campaign, SMRT LTD revealed some of the most intimate details of MobileAir owner Jover Chew, including his phone numbers and addresses.

SMRT Ltd is looking for Jover Chew to refund S$550 to Pham — supposedly the amount which he was scammed off when he purchased an iPhone 6 from MobileAir for his girlfriend.

On our last check, the Facebook page of Chew’s wife has been taken down, after a link to it was posted on SMRT Ltd.

It’s unclear if the Singapore Police Force will intervene in this online act of vigilantism.

But the investigating officer who does had better keep his personal details secure, lest he receive a huge pizza delivery order at his doorstep.
