MANDY TAN: We are appealing for witnesses to a hit-and-run accident that happened on Sunday 22 April 2018 around 1.50am, along SLE towards Yishun.
A vehicle swerved into the lane of a motorcycle (FBL3697H) and caused the female pillion to be flung 2 metres and the male rider was dragged under the bike for a distance. The vehicle did not stop after the collision hence details of the vehicle are not available.
One of the riders suffered life-threatening injuries and was operated upon arrival at the hospital.
