ALLEN FOO: My mother has just passed away for less than 49 days and the town council already started chasing for her outstanding SC/CC.
The notice was not send to my mother’s address but my house mailbox!
While I would just think to pay for what has been rightfully due, I was stunned to know that the outstanding is nothing more than 60 cents!
Does the town council need to waste so much resources, or indirectly to be our taxpayers’ monies?
