5 Biggest Defects Affecting New BTO Flats that Plague HDB Flat Dwellers

More and more people are hiring defect inspection companies, especially after the latest tranche of HDB BTO flats completed after the Covid-19 pandemic.

Some companies that specialise in checking for defects, such as Uncle Defect, even report a 20 percent increase in demand for their services.

This, even though more companies are entering the market and competition is heating up.

Such professional defects inspection companies report that the most common problems found in BTO flats are:
