Oh wait no, it’s illegal to rent out your HDB flat in such a manner lah!
The flat in question is located at the Block 3xx area in Ang Mo Kio Avenue 1, which is in PM Lee Hsien Loong’s very own Teck Ghee ward.
Its rooms are touted to have new paint and new mattress.
Even if it’s not used for “small spaces” purposes, HDB doesn’t allow flat-owners to lease out rooms in their flats on short-term rentals.
Youngsters who need “small spaces” should probably stick to Bishan Park across the road instead. After all, that’s Josephine Teo‘s territory rather than our own prime minister Lee Hsien Loong‘s!
