A 63-year-old lao tiko has been busted for allegedly molesting a 10-year-old girl in Choa Chu Kang on Mon (5 Jun).
The incident took place at thee Block 803 Keat Hong Close Badaling Coffeeshop at around 9am.
The lao tiko reportedly works as a cleaner at the coffee shop.
The girl was having her breakfast while the her mother was working at a shop in a nearby block of flats.
The lao tiko first asked the girl to go to his home but she refused.
He then touched her, and grabbed her breast.
The girl informed her mother about the incident, and the angry mom colled the police.
The lao tiko has reportedly been involved in similar cases before.
Angry mom says she’s lucky her daughter is strong and handling the incident well so far.
Police have arrested the lao tiko and investigations are ongoing.
