MAURICE: This guy came to my outlet n dine. He tried to pay with credit cards n all rejected.
My cashier accepted his SAF 11B as collateral while he goes to draw money but never return to pay. We made a police report and were told to take civil action against him. We also heard that he has many cases of cheating records.
I wonder what’s the point of having police if we need to take civil suit against criminals like them and the police takes no action other than documenting it n letting him go scot-free to commit more cheating.
For a bill of slightly over forty dollars, the police expects us to spend thousands engaging a lawyer against him? What a joke n I really hope we can all share this.
