Another pair of newly-weds have gone public with their botched wedding photos, which they claim is due to photographer-error (THIS hilarious account is why we say “another pair”).
Their public proclamation of disdain went viral on Facebook and snagged them a 10 percent discount and newly-retouched photos, instead of the reportedly S$1000 discount that were gunning for.
Ivan Tan complained yesterday about paying S$2700 for a 3-in-1 package that included photography, videography and photobooth services which weren’t up to the mark.
He shared these images of his wedding photography, saying “What a horror… Should we start crying or should we die laughing?”
Responding to the botched wedding photos, Reflection Photography’s Chief Photographer said that the couple had personally chosen the photographer assigned to them after viewing available portfolios.
He added he was a friend of Ivan’s wife, and that he had obliged her request for the original photos right after his wedding.
The company’s usually delivers only around 600-plus “quality” photos after the shoot, rather than the full batch of original photos.
Following discussions, Reflections Photography has provided Ivan and his wife a first set of edited photos, and will offer them a second set of photos selected for further editing and a S$300 refund.
