A Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) full-time national serviceman, Teo Hong Wei, has been accused of taking numerous photos and videos of men showeing at Hendon Camp, home of the Commandos.
Teo was working as a supply assistant at the camp in 2019 and 2020 when he took those photos and videos.
Teo started his voyeurism spree on 14 Nov 2019, when he reportedly used his mobile phone to record a 46-second video of a man showering.
14 days later, he allegedly used the same device to snap 431 pictures of another man showering in a cubicle.
He committed similar offences at the camp 6 more times until 30 Dec 2020.
Teo completed his national service in 2021.
Outside of national service, Teo is also accused of committing similar offences at the Singapore Management University in January and February 2021, recording at least 9 shower videos.
Court documents did not state if he was a student of employee of the university.
Court documents also did not indicate how his offences were exposed.
Now 27 years old, Teo has been charged with 10 counts of voyeurism and one count of possessing obscene videos.
He is expected to plead guilty on 26 October.
