Self-professed wrestling champion Kurt Tay has been charged for distributing a video of a woman performing a sex act in a Telegram chat group.
The 41-year-old, who also claims to have had breast implants, is accused of sending the video on 27 Oct this year.
According to the prosecution, this was done without the woman’s consent, and Tay knew that distributing the intimate video would cause her humiliation, alarm and distress.
If convicted, Tay could be jailed for up to 5 years, fined or caned, or given any combination of these punishments.
