A Singapore casanova who filmed himself having sex with his girlfriends has been arrested after his latest tryst with a girlfriend from Taiwan.
The 31-year-old IT technician, Liu, was attending a funeral wake of a friend’s father in Taiwan when he had an intimate encounter with a Taiwan native.
Liu and his Taiwan girlfriend, Ms Zhou, met and chatted online leading up to their intimte encounter on 10 March this year in a room in Taipei’s Wanhua district where Liu had booked temporary accomodation.
Liu and Zhou stayed together in the room and on the second day, Zhou found a video on Liu’s MacBook which showed 2 people having sex.
Checking further, Zhou discovered nude pictures of herself in Liu’s MacBook.
She reportedly demanded to break up with Liu and called the police, and Liu was subsequently arrested.
Liu has confessed to recording himself having sex with Zhou.
In mitigation, he said that he recorded their love-making session for the purpose of remembering their intimate moments together.
Liu also admitted that he had a collection of videos of him having sex with various girlfriends.
He said that he would inform his girlfriends that they were being recorded in the act of love-making, but forgot to inform Zhou.
Taiwan media reports that Zhou had asked Liu to pay S$5000 to settle the matter but he refused as that would amount to about one month of his salary, and as a result Zhou reported the matter to the police.
Police investigations are ongoing.
