Telcos have been the biggest cuplrits in offering bad customer service. (Ed: that means YOU Starhub, Singtel and M1) This was revealed in a survey by Ipsos Singapore.
The market research firm surveyed 1,043 respondents, aged 18 to 65 years old and currently residing in Singapore.
It found that in the six months leading up to March, two out of three Singaporean residents experienced at least one instance of unsatisfactory service.
