35-year-old Shen Wei Xiang and his secondary school friend of the same age wanted to have a menage a trois.
They hired a 13-year-old girl and paid her S$150 each to engage in their threesome.
The 3 met at a Downtown East chalet rented by Shen.
After having a bath, Shen lay on the bed with the girl, kissing her and touching her body.
But at the most crucial of moments, his penis couldn’t become erect.
He felt pressure to perform, and was also overcome with guilt because he knew the girl was only 13 years old.
The girl gave Shen a hand but was unsuccessful in raising the flag.
Shen’s friend also lent a hand, but there was to be no Majulah Singapura for Shen that night.
In the end, Shen’s friend had sexual intercourse with the girl while Shen watched the action.
After the deed was done, the 3 went to drink bubble tea together.
The incident took place in Feb 2020 and Shen didn’t see the girl again.
However, things went awry one year later.
The girl’s mother discovered their 3-way action after checking her phone one day and seeing the messages.
She lodged a police report in March 2021 and the men were arrested.
Shen has pleaded guilty for his role engaging a minor for the purpose of having sex.
