Regent Global Consultancy appears to still be continuing courses for foreign workers, despite its status as an Accredited Training Provider being revoked in March last year due to malpractices.
If so, this might pose a safety hazard due to the nature of the work carried out by these foreign workers.
The company appears to have issued passes for courses held in May 2015, as seen in these photos sent to Redwire.
The reader who sent the photos told us:
“ATP kana revoked still dare to issue training certificates! Cheating foreigners off their hard earn money.”
The Ministry of Manpower revoked Regent Global Consultancy’s accreditation status due to “training and assessment malpractices which compromised the integrity of the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) courses conducted.”
Unaccredited MOM training providers are not allowed to conduct MOM-accredited courses.
