Ela had worked for just about 10 days before tragedy struck.
The 25-yearold Indonesian maid was found at the foot of her employers flat in Sumang Link in the Punggol region.
An eyewitness said she fell from the kitchen window of the third storey flat unit.
The incident took place yesterday at about 1.30pm.
It’s unclear how Ela came to fall out of the window, though another eyewitness said she was last seen wiping the kitchen windows.
She was sent to hospital, but died from her injuries.
Police are investigating the incident.
