One aunty has taken to social media, fuming that her friend allegedly ran off with her winning 4D ticket that would have netted her S$200,000.
The aunty said that she usually buys her own 4D tickets, but this time had to ask her friend to help her buy.
After finding out that she bagged the winning numbers, she offered to share half the winnings with her friend.
Little did she expect that her friend became uncontactable.
The aunty said that she presented text conversations, transactions to her friend, as well as picture of the 4D ticket to the police, but was told that the issue needed to be settled privately.
She was also told by Singapore Pools that the prize money will only be given to the person who holds the winning ticket.
The aunty, who says she is single and earning less than S$2000 a month, has since hired a debt collector in the hopes of getting her winning ticket back.
