A 1206 square foot Sengkang flat has been sold for S$928,000, which works out to about S#770 per square foot.
The resale flat is located within the 10th and 12th floor of Blk 216C Compassvale Drive
Back in November 2022, a similar-sized unit in the neighbouring block 216A was also sold for S$928,000.
Owners of both flats have only completed their 5-year Minimum Occupation Period, netting them gains of around S$429,000 to S$507,000.
Both flats are part of the Compassvale Mast BTO, which was launched in Nov 2012.
Five-room flats in the project were sold from S$421,000 to S$499,000.
This continues to run of more HDB resale flats being sold for over a million dollars.
Recently, a 5-room flat in Margaret Drive has been listed for S$1.5 million.
