Yet another water outage at the newly-built Senja Ridges estate in Bukit Panjang.
The water disruption to residents at 638A Senja Close lasted from 11am to 2pm yesterday (Sun 27Mar).
Residents turned on the tap and found that there was no water.
The water outage lasted for around 3 hours.
Apart from water being unavailable, residents also reported cloudy, murky water coming from their taps between 2pm and 6pm.
This is the second water supply disruption since they moved in about a year ago.
Holland-Bukit Panjang Town Council says that the water outage was caused by an electrical fault caused by a ruptured sanitary gasket.
MP Edward Chia said that the town council is pursuing the matter with the HDB and contractors involved.
