VIDEO: DPM Teo Chee Hean Performs a “Hey Jude” Singalong with Resident During House Visit

How many of us can say that a Deputy Prime Minister of Singapore has played the guitar for them, in their homes, and that they even coached said DPM?

One Pasir Ris resident got a chance to do just that, after DPM Teo Chee Hean, who surprise, surprise knows a couple of chords, started doing just that on a house visit!

The resident excitedly sang along to The Beatles’ “Hey Jude” and even instructed Singapore’s Second Man on which chords to play.

DPM Teo was damn jialat pretty rusty, as in his own words, “I never play for a long time already.”

We don’t know whether to be more appalled that the DPM knows how to play the guitar, or that he knows how to speak Singlish.

Here’s the video.

Good luck, viewers!

Besides being pretty adept with a G-String, DPM Teo is the MP for Pasir Ris-Punggol GRC, and the Coordinating Minister for National Security and Minister for Home Affairs.
